Our Beds are designed for all ages, youth, teen, college students and adults. The built-in ladders at each end are notched, glued, screwed and bolted to the bed frame. The Weight Capacity is 1,000 lbs. and with our tongue & groove construction and extreme heavy duty design it makes our beds one of the sturdiest on the market and will hold up to the toughest youth, teen, college student or adult usage. Our beds are free-standing and do not need to be bolted to a wall for support.

The bed, options and accessories are all priced separately so you can mix and match them as needed to create a unique custom one-of-a-kind bed. On the order form below you can order your specific size and add accessories such as angled ladders, shelving and desks.

We custom build each bed to your exact specifications so it will work with any ceiling height and any mattress thickness. Select the options and accessories below to create your unique bed.

All Hardware is included with each bed. All beds come with the Mattress Foundation Bed Slats and you do not need to supply a box spring, bunkie board or plywood with our beds, you place your mattress directly on top of our bed slats. The bed frame and all major components are all solid wood. The bed is unassembled, unfinished, hand sanded and ready for paint or stain or may be left unfinished. We custom build each bed to your exact specifications and use the Ceiling Height and Mattress Thickness to calculate how much space you will get above and underneath the mattress. We also make sure we leave enough room for the safety rails above the top of the mattress. If you have a low ceiling we will adjust the leg height to make sure everything fits properly.

If you have an odd size mattress, a crib mattress, need a custom size to fit into a tight space or a mattress greater than 16" thick please contact us and we will build you a custom sized bed.

For this custom designed bed for younger children the safety rails are 10" above the top of the mattress. The amount of space above the mattress to the ceiling is 36" if you have an 8' ceiling and 38" if you have a 9' ceiling.

The amount of space underneath is based on your mattress thickness and leg height.

The Bedside Hanging Storage Caddy is our most popular accessory for storing bedside items. It can be used for storage for books, cell phones, chargers, glasses, iPads, tablets or any small items you need quick access to while on the bed. It is 12" long x 12" high x 6" wide, assembly is required. Hooks are included and they hang anywhere over the 3/4" thick safety rails, headboard, footboard or pillow stop. Let us know if you would like to hang it off of the 1-1/2" thick main bed rail, lower bed rail or the vertical ladder.

We offer multiple desks: Short, Long, L-Shaped & U-Shaped. They are 30" high and 20" deep. Weight capacity 40 lbs. Please contact us if you need a custom desk built or plan to install the Short Desk on the outside of the bed.

The Desks are made from Solid Butcher Block boards. They are clear knot-free boards glued together to form very smooth wide panels. The boards have a very nice grain and looks good with paint, stain, clear coat or left unfinished.

The Short Desk goes the width of the bed may be installed at either end. We also offer a Desk Shelf which is attached to the short desk and goes the length of the bed across the back of the bed.

The Long Desk goes the full length of the bed across the back.

The L-Shaped Desk is a combination of the Long and Short Desk. It may be installed either as a Left or Right L.

The U-Shaped Desk is a combination of the Long and (2) Short Desks. It provides the largest desktop area and is perfect for storing books, computers, toys, games and makes a very nice large arts & crafts table for active children.

All beds include Bed Slats (with a 3” gap between them) to support the mattress. We also have a Solid Platform Bunkie Board available that attaches to the top of the bed slats.

If you are using a traditional innerspring mattress you may place your mattress directly on top of the bed slats without a Box Spring, Solid Platform or Bunkie Board.

The Solid Platform Bunkie Board may be needed if you are using a foam mattress, thin mattress, older uncomfortable mattress, futon mattress, air mattress, a mattress that requires a solid base or you just want a solid platform underneath the mattress to get a firmer mattress feel. This may also be used if you don't want to see the bottom of the upper mattress when sitting or sleeping underneath or if you want a solid separator between the top and bottom mattresses.

It is also much easier making the bed with the Solid Platform as the bed sheets will not fall in-between the bed slats.

Check with your mattress manufacturer to see if they require you to have a box spring, bunkie board or a totally flat Solid Platform surface to keep the mattress warranty active.

The Solid Platforms are multiple pieces of 1/8" MDF Sheets that covers the entire mattress area.

A Trundle Bed is a 4” high bed frame that slides on the floor and is stored underneath the bed. You slide it out when needing additional sleeping space and slide it back in and out of the way when not needed. They are very popular for vacation homes and families needing additional sleeping space for visitors or children’s sleep overs.
Trundle Sizes: Twin, Twin-XL, Full and Full-XL. Please contact us if you need a custom size built.
Trundle Mattress Thickness: We need to know the thickness of your trundle mattress to make sure we leave enough space for it to easily slide underneath. Mattress not included.
Trundle Slider Type: We use Felt Floor Sliders for Hard Floors or Hard Floor Sliders for Carpeted Floors.

The Floor Storage Drawers are 20" wide x 7" high x 36" long giving you plenty of under bed storage space. You can place up to three (3) under the length of the bed. They slide on the floor and either have felt sliders for hard floor or hard sliders for carpets. The floor storage drawers are great for storing extra bedding and for kids storing their toys, Lego Blocks and just about anything underneath the bed.

Bench & Arts & Crafts Table. For children needing more play space, desk, table or more storage space this is a nice solution. For college students and adults living in small studio apartments the bed can be used for sleeping above and the table used for your kitchen table, reading or studying. The bed can be made with a table and two benches, or a table with one bench and a wall of bookshelves, highly customizable.

For bunk beds the Bench may be installed on the outside of the bed.

FedEx Home Delivery delivers Monday - Sunday. Delivery Options are Standard, Date Certain or by Appointment with a specific Date & Time. At this time Sunday Delivery is only available in large cities. If you select a Sunday delivery and it is not available we will contact you to request an alternate date.

Shipping Charge: Is based on the State/Zone it is being shipped to. Select the shipping charge from the list below. The charge is per bed.

Build Time: We custom build each bed to your exact specifications. The current Build Time is listed below the map. The Build Time is the amount of time it takes us to build your bed along with other orders at the same time.

Rush Processing: Need it sooner? For an additional fee you may request our optional Rush Processing. With Rush the crew works overtime nights and weekends to get your order built in a few days.

Transit Time Map: Once your order is built and shipped it will arrive based on the map below. We will email you the FedEx Tracking Number to track it online.

FedEx Delivery Options:
Standard Delivery: Deliver Monday - Sunday 8 am - 8 pm. There is no guaranteed date/time with standard delivery.
Date Certain Delivery: Deliver on a specific date Monday - Sunday with delivery 8 am - 8 pm.
Appointment Delivery: FedEx will schedule an appointment with you (2 hour window) for delivery Monday - Sunday.

Please Note: To meet the delivery dates for the Special Delivery Options we need to have the packages to your local FedEx terminal 2 days in advance of your delivery date. Please keep in mind the current Build Time or Rush Time and your location's Transit Time when requesting your delivery date. For Appointment Deliveries FedEx will contact you to schedule the appointment once they have the packages at your local FedEx terminal. Date Certain and Appointment Delivery may not be available in some areas.

Do I have to be here to sign for it? No. We ship by FedEx with no signature required. If the FedEx driver has delivered to your address in the past it is likely they will leave the packages without a signature. If the driver feels the area is not safe and secure they will leave a door tag with information on how to set up a new delivery date. You can also place a note on your door the day of delivery telling the FedEx driver he can leave the packages without signature.

Will FedEx carry my packages inside my house or apartment? No. Due to security and liability concerns, FedEx will not enter your house, apartment, cabin or dorm complex.

Will FedEx call me before delivery? No. If you want to be called you will need to select Appointment Delivery.

What is the size of the shipped packages? For the basic bed without accessories, we typically ship 2 - 4 boxes per bed, the first is 8" high x 12" wide x 84" long and weighs 70 pounds. The others are 8" high x 12" wide x 46" long and weighs 60 pounds each. Other options such as bookshelves and desks may be in separate boxes.
