H:1 All-In-One Sleep & Study Loft Bed.
This customer needed (3) beds for her daughters sharing a small bedroom. She sent us a hand written diagram showing the rough design.
The beds needed to be made a little shorter in length to fit the bedroom with corkboards and whiteboards separating the beds. We then created a detail design and built the beds.
The customer did the installation and finishing.
The room has a standard 96” (8’) ceiling and they are using an 8” thick mattress. There is 30” above the mattress to the ceiling and 56” of space underneath the bed slats to the floor.

H:4 Loft Bed with a large U-Shaped Desk, shelves and a Corkboard. This customer needed two custom height loft beds for her children. H:5 "I recently moved with my 2 daughters (ages 10 & 11). With moving, they now have to share a bedroom. The bedroom is a decent size, but for two girls of their age and trying to give them both their own space it was challenging. We got the idea of a loft bed to maximize space. We came across collegebedlofts.com and opted the American-made, sturdy, wood lofts were the best option. It was shipped straight to the house (& arrived quickly with all necessary pieces and instructions) & was relatively easy to put together. We are so pleased with how their beds/room turned out! H:6 "Jesse and Elizabeth are really enjoying their new beds and makeover. Most days after school, they race to their rooms to sit at their desks and draw, color, read, or work on a project. It was challenging to decorate for nine year old boy and girl twins. What was all things "boy" or all things "girl" was not appropriate for the other. So we went with color instead and designed the room decor and beds to match the comforter color. All of us couldn't be more happy with the results. Jesse and Elizabeth enjoy showing off their new room and beds to every guest who comes to visit. We look forward to years of use and enjoyment of the well-built beds. With a loft style bed, it really gave the twins more storage which was desperately needed when sharing a small bedroom. Both beds are identical and include the Double Bookshelf Headboard, Short Bookshelf, Long Shelf, Short Desk and Desk Shelf. The headboard, shelves and desk can be installed at either end of the bed. You climb up the built-in ladder at the footboard end of the bed.

Six year old Alice wanted to "Sleep in the Sky" with all her stuffed animals around her. We built her a custom loft bed to her parent's exact specifications. We lowered it by 6", added additional safety rails to make them go 10" above the top of the mattress, a taller solid headboard with double shelves, designed the bottom to be a more open area with custom L-Shaped Legs and used the 20" wide Steps & Open Shelves. The bed is designed so that the mattress frame can be raised later on as she gets older to a taller loft bed height. With our solid wood heavy-duty design and 1,000 lbs. of weight capacity the entire family can get into bed for nighttime stories.
The Loft Bed Workstation has 10" wide legs and 10" deep shelves giving you plenty of shelving and storage space. The price of this bed includes the Angled Ladder with Handrails, Corkboard, Whiteboard, U-Shaped Desk and five (5) 10" deep shelves. You can change the type of desk on the order form. The Angled Ladder can be placed on the left or right or front (long side) or on the left or right (short) end of the bed (basically anywhere).
