For smaller bedrooms you can use a combination of a tall or mid-height Loft Bed and a low bed placed underneath. The low bed may be a Captain's, Low Platform or High-Rise Bed. Unassembled & Unfinished: Beds are unassembled, unfinished, hand sanded and ready for finishing by the customer. Assembly takes about two hours for the basic loft bed. Mattress not included. Photos on our website of painted or stained beds were provided by our customers. On the order form we ask you for your ceiling height and mattress thickness. We use this information to customize each bed to set the height of the safety rails above the mattress and to ensure you have adequate space above and underneath.
